News of the Natasha Kern Agency and Clients January 2015

It is with great pleasure that we announce Susan Brower has joined the Natasha Kern Literary Agency, Inc. as Literary Agent.   As a former Executive Editor for Zondervan, Sue brings extensive publishing skills and experience to the agency. Her career spans almost twenty-five years in publishing and has included research, marketing, acquisitions and editorial responsibilities for both fiction and nonfiction titles. Her track record includes working with several New York Times bestselling novels including those by Karen Kingsbury, Terri Blackstock, and Tim LaHaye. Sue was named Editor of the Year for both American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) and Advanced Writers and Speakers Association in 2010.

“I love fiction and am in awe of those writers who are gifted storytellers. I want to be able to advocate for authors and help them achieve their publishing dream of seeing their words and stories in print,” said Brower.

“It will help us to continue to be a full service agency as we support our authors careers through the many changes in the industry at this time ,” said Natasha Kern, agency President. “Sue and I share a purpose to support success for writers through our expertise in the publishing field.”

Since 1986 the agency has represented many best-selling authors in a wide range of genres and subjects with over 1,500 books sold and clients who have received many notable awards like the Edgar, RITA, Christy, Carol and other national awards.
